As a new consultant you will have your personal start-up plan ready before you start. This plan details how you will quickly become established on the market. On your first day with us your Team Leader will agree your plan and empower you to get started. You'll use the Mercuri Urval on-boarding package to accelerate your prospecting and market activity. In no time you will be able to win Executive Search and Specialist Recruitment assignments.
