Nathalie Mazy
Nathalie Mazy is Managing Director Belgium. She started working with Mercuri Urval in 2002 and was Business Unit Manager of Brussels and Wallonia these last years.
Nathalie is a much appreciated partner for support for change, recruitment and selection, evaluation of potential and coaching. She has developed expertise in organisations audit and the implementation of human resources management tools such as competencies models, job descriptions and classification of functions.
She holds a Masters degree in Economics & Social Sciences from the universities of Namur and Antwerp. Before joining Mercuri Urval, she worked as Sales & Marketing Director in an international facility management firm.
In her spare time, she enjoys family and friends, good food and motorbike riding.
