Tim Rayner

Head of Finance

Tim joined Mercuri Urval in May 2006 as Head of Finance. In addition to accounting, payroll and tax he is also responsible for other back office services such as HR, commercial management, property and IT. Prior to Mercuri Urval he was a Finance Director of a logistics company and has held other senior financial management positions in both the private and public sectors.
 
He has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
 
Tim is married with 3 children, is a school governor, and is a leader in his local Anglican church. He is a keen supporter of Oxford United and enjoys golf, walking and reading. In 2010 he wrote his first novel, a work of historical fiction, but cannot yet give up the day job!
