Alpha is a talent acquisition specialist working at the candidate interface, sourcing "hard to find" senior talent in all sectors of the economy. He joined Mercuri Urval’s recruitment team in 2008 after 3 years in a pharmaceutical recruitment agency.

Alpha is originally from Zimbabwe where he started off as a research scholar (researching best performing companies) before joining a startup international agricultural products marketing company with responsibilities for setting up and running the company’s operations. Before moving to the UK, he worked in the United States in security management for a Fortune 500 company.
