Working in the Technology, Telecoms, Healthcare and Industrial Products sectors, Terry has led many a successful projects with a number of instantly recognisable National and International brands. Driving Leadership & Team Development programmes, Sales Effectiveness and senior level recruitment & selection projects, he can claim successful National Account Management of a Major global Industrial Products business as one of his many achievements.

Terry joined Mercuri Urval in 1993 following a career in HR within both the public and private sector. He enjoyed senior level roles in Resourcing & Development. Working from the Manchester Office, Terry believes that Mercuri Urval provides him with the ‘freedom to create and innovate’ and none more so than in his present role leading the companies activities and best practice in recruitment and selection.

When not seeking personal challenges and obtaining results at work, Terry pursues a number of outdoor pursuits including cycling and fishing in his native Cheshire.
