Paul is an experienced International Business Consultant specialising in Executive Assessment, Leadership Development and senior Recruitment & Selection.
Since joining Mercuri Urval in 2006, Paul has been involved in the design and implementation of various interventions as part of Talent Management, Succession Planning & Performance Management Programmes. He has a broad range of clients in the Manufacturing, ICT, Financial Services and Utilities sectors, mainly with large, global organizations.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Paul attained an MBA (with Distinction) in 2005. This was preceded by a career in various Key Account and Sales Management positions that saw him leading business development teams, as well as roles in Programme Management and Marketing. He has also led a number of permanent & virtual teams across a variety of disciplines including sales and new product development.
Outside of work, Paul is a youth football team Coach and enjoys the occasional round of golf with a modest 14 handicap. The rest of his time is spent providing a taxi service for his 4 children!
