David Gibbens

Consultant

David is a Psychology graduate from the University of Central Lancashire and began working with Mercuri Urval in May 2011. David’s role as Consultant covers senior assessment and selection as well as business analysis and Capability Review.

Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, David worked for an AIM Management Consultancy as a Business Consultant. He spent over two years growing and developing a large portfolio of London based SME’s across various sectors to enhance their performance and revenues. His focus was on growth through innovation and organisational change.

In addition to his role at Mercuri Urval David is currently working towards an MSc in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis at King’s College, London. Outside of work and education, David enjoys running and mountain biking but his passion lies in playing football.
