Claire Allen

Consultant

Claire is a Management graduate from the University of York and joined Mercuri Urval as a Consultant in December 2010. Claire’s role in the team will include capability review, selection, performance management solutions, as well as learning & development.

Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Claire worked for Accenture from 2007-2010 within their Management Consulting division. During her time at the company she gained experience across numerous industries including Resources, Financial Services and the Public Sector. Claire worked within the Talent and Organisational Performance team, with key functional experience including Learning & Development, HR Transformation and Organisational Effectiveness. Outside of work Claire spends her weekend’s horse-riding and enjoys skiing in Europe.
