Chloe Esposito

Consultant

Chloe is a consultant who has gained experience in several different sectors since joining Mercuri Urval earlier this year. She has worked on a number of recruitments, both in the UK and internationally, and enjoyed spending time at our Sydney office supporting our Australian colleagues with a major talent acquisition project. She has also worked with a significant number of clients on development assessments as part of capability review assignments. Chloe is particularly interested in working with talent on high potential identification and development programmes.

Chloe has participated in a number of team coaching assignments with some of Mercuri Urval’s largest clients and has experience of project managing executive coaching programmes. She has worked on international projects supporting with calibration processes as well as other areas of client delivery. Currently, Chloe is focusing on developing Mercuri Urval’s potential to support London-based private equity firms in their management due diligence processes.

Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Chloe completed a BA and MA in English (2006) at St. Peter’s College, Oxford. She then worked as a freelance journalist at different Condé Nast titles and other national magazine publishers. Remaining passionate about her degree subject, Chloe then decided to take up a position teaching English literature at the North London Collegiate School, a top independent girls’ school. She also worked as a teacher at Eton College, a wonderful experience she will never forget.
