Alistair has worked on a broad range of projects for international clients mainly within the telecoms,  manufacturing and utilities sectors since joining Mercuri Urval. He is currently managing projects for some of Mercuri Urval’s largest global accounts and he has recently been appointed Delivery Director for a key client in the Telco sector.

Alistair has also worked with an international media network provider on a large scale Sales Transformation program. This involved a series of executive assessments of their commercial leadership team, aiming to ensure senior management had the capabilities to drive the newly defined strategy and achieve their long-term business goals.

Another area of expertise has involved Alistair assisting international businesses entering the UK market. He has helped start-ups to select key hires, such as Country Managers, in the retail and software markets. He has also been involved in and has led numerous Executive Assessment and Search and Selection projects, with a particular focus on sales leadership.

Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Alistair spent six years working for a new media business, specialising in providing future event intelligence to media, government and communications professionals. Joining as an account executive, Alistair worked his way up to the position of Client Services Manager, managing a team with responsibility for delivering over 90% of client revenue. Alistair also worked in the role of Account Director to some of the world’s largest and most demanding media organisations. Alistair is a graduate in History from the University of Liverpool specialising in modern British history.

He is married with two young children, Isla and Molly-Mae, who account for nearly all of his spare time!
