Valerie Quartararo

Val Quartararo is a Business Consultant at Mercuri Urval´s office in Arlington, VA. Val has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington and a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.  Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, she worked in an internal consulting capacity to establish and manage an HR Department. Through the process of aligning HR with business strategy, Val gained in-depth exposure to a variety of human resource disciplines including capability building, training and development, competency modeling, and organizational development. Val joined Mercuri Urval in 2010 and is experienced in Personality Assessments and Recruitment and Selection.
