Dr Victor Porak de Varna

With studies in Europe and the United States, Victor holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, he worked as an Information Technology and Human Capital consultant and has over 15 years of consulting experience. He joined Mercuri Urval in 2007 and heads the Denver, CO office since 2009. Victor has experience in the IT, Telco, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Energy, Engineering and Manufacturing industries. He is experienced in Strategy Implementation & Organizational Development, Competency Models & Capability Reviews (Management Audit), Psychometrics, Personality Assessments, Behavioral Event Interviewing, Personnel Selection, Coaching, Prediction of Success, Teaching, Training and Workshop facilitation. Victor speaks German, French and Spanish.
