Jordi Flores, working with Mercuri Urval since 1993, Jordi has extensive advisory experience in supporting and coaching Senior Management teams in building and developing the right business capabilities.

He has been involved in the sourcing, selection, development and coaching of Sales, Management and Executives across a range of clients in the Manufacturing, B2B, Professional Services, IT&C, Technologies, Food & Beverage, Building Products, Pharma and Chemistry sectors.

A common theme throughout these projects has been the need to improve results through managing internal and external client’s better and improving operational performance.

Jordi holds  Telecommunications Engineering degree from “Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya”. This was preceded by a career in both Key Account and Sales Management positions that saw him leading business development teams: EXIDE TECHNLOGIES (TUDOR) as National Key Account Manager, and CHAUVIN ARNOUX, as General Manager in Spain.
