Lola Servert has Bachelor Degree in Geology (UCM, Spain), Gemology (IGE, Spain) and holds a Master of Business Administration with specialization in finance from the University of Houston (Texas, USA). From 2007 she is accredited Executive Coach by ICF.
Her professional career includes substantial professional and managerial experience acquired within the Engineering, Construction and Healthcare sectors.
Lola joined Mercuri Urval in September 1998 as a consultant in the Madrid office being appointed as International Business Manager at 2000. Building upon her prior career, her work has spanned a variety of sectors focusing on energy, building materials and real estate financial services where she accounts 10 years experience. Over the past 12 years she has focused on supporting national and international clients been involved in organizational development projects (start-ups, M&A), management selection, development/coaching and management consulting. Throughout these projects she has assessed the capabilities and potential of more than 400 managers, led the selection for over 100 key roles, and coached in excess of 10 executives. Lola possesses experience as Account Team Manager for strategic international clients.
