Lynn Tan

Lynn leads the Industry, Manufacturing and Engineering practice in South East Asia. As a senior consultant she specializes in  recruitment and selection, executive assessment and coaching,  leadership development and change management – working with individuals, teams and organizations in an international context. Lynn has worked extensively with multinational companies. She brings over 9 years’ experience in client-focused roles across varied industry sectors from hospitality, telecommunications, arts and culture to consulting. She has worked with diverse cultures and participated in cross-cultural collaborations across Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Lynn consulted for the National Microelectronics Institute of the UK and Ireland and developed its funding model and strategic growth plan. Trained in Public Relations and Corporate Communications, Lynn is an English and Mandarin native speaker, speaks French and Cantonese, and knowledgeable in Japanese. She has worked in the UK, and lived in China and Japan.
