Krishan Sharma

Joining Mercuri Urval in May 2008 as Senior Consultant, Krishan focuses on recruitment, talent management, leadership development and business coaching in South East Asia. He brings over 15 years of industrial management and in-house recruitment and consulting experience in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Norway and India. He has worked with over 20 national level labour markets in Asia and Europe for over a decade. He held senior HR positions in Industry before moving into consulting, with last two being as VP HR with companies listed in Oslo (IM Sakugen) and Singapore Stock Exchanges (Noble). He was a visiting scholar at the University of Iowa working with leading organizational turnover scholar in 1997 and taught as Adjunct Professor at Singapore Management University in leadership, teambuilding, compensation and performance management courses in 2007-08. He is Marine Engineer (1989) with hands-on engineering experience and earned his PhD in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1998).
