International Business Manager

Sigurd Beidel (born 1976) has an education from the Norwegian Army War Academy and the Norwegian Army Officers Candidate School, and has served 15 years as a leader in the Norwegian Army, giving him broad experience of operative leadership and management at different levels of the Army. The latest years he has served at staff level with the Norwegian Army Forces Command and The Norwegian Home Guard Staff.
Along with his military education and career, Beidel holds the degree of Bachelor of Management from the Norwegian School of Management BI, and has also studied Marketing at the Norwegian School of Marketing and Information Technology at the Norwegian School of Information Technology.
With Mercuri Urval, Sigurd Beidel’s main focus is on tasks concerning recruitment and selection, and he is also dedicated with facilitating organizational development and leadership coaching. Sigurd Beidel holds the position as International Business Manager, located in Oslo.
