Senior Consultant, Stavanger

Ingunn Hetland (born 1968) holds a cand.polit. and a Master in psychology. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval in 2005, Ingunn worked three years at the Centre for Behavioural Research at the University of Stavanger, seven years as a business consultant in KPMG and a year as an independent consultant. Her experience is varied and includes the private and public sector, organisational mapping, development, leadership and process improvements.
Ingunn works as a Senior Consultant at Mercuri Urval’s office in Stavanger, focusing on recruitment and selection, competency and organisational mapping, organisational development and leadership counselling.
