Harald Hjertø (born 1954) holds a Master of Management (siviløkonom) from BI. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval in 1994 Harald held a number of management positions in the banking and finance industry, among others as CEO, Bank and Market Manager. He has also strategic planning, business development and marketing.
Harald is Deputy Managing Director at Mercuri Urval Norway. His work includes Executive Search, recruitment and selection, leadership development on individual and team basis, coaching, leadership consultancy and team development. Through his role he has gained thorough knowledge of a variety of private industries such as banking, financial service, life science, manufacturing, trade and service, as well as of the public sector.
