Hans Kristian Henriksen (born 1952) is educated Bachelor of Organization, MRDH College, and holds an Master/PhD in Educational Psychology, the University of Oslo. Further, he is educated as a specialist in Organizational Behaviour, the University of Stockholm, and holds an Executive Management degree from Rotterdam School of Management.
Hans Kristian Henriksen has an extensive experience from research and development, professor at the Regional College and several management positions before joining Mercuri Urval in 1990.
Today, Henriksen holds the position as Director of Business Development, Mercuri Urval, Norway. Hans Kristian Henriksen has his main focus on Executive Selection, Board Development, Management development/Team-building, strategic and organizational changes.
