Britt Røil (born 1964) holds a Degree within Business Administration from the Oslo Business Academy. She has previously worked as an advisor at NAV and within candidate selection at Kelly Services. Prior to this, she worked with information and management in different organizations within politics, society and aid. She has also worked within sales at Aftenposten and with customer service in the finance sector. Britt joined Mercuri Urval in 2007 and works as a Researcher / Recruiter at the office in Oslo.
