Bjørn M. Godsveen (born 1953) holds a Master of Management (siviløkonom) from BI. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval in 1992 Bjørn held a number of consultancy and management positions. His experience includes working as a teacher at the School of Retail (Varehandelens Høyskole), finance manager and CEO in the retail, service and leisure industry.
At Mercuri Urval he primarily works with recruitment and selection, individual leadership development, coaching and consultancy. Bjørn has extensive knowledge of the retails and service industry as well as the public sector.
