Senior Consultant, Stavanger

Arvid Bø (born 1949) is educated at cand.mag. level in nursing, social work and law. He joined Mercuri Urval January 2005 and has prior to this held several management roles in the public sector. These include heading up a division in the regional government department of health in Rogaland, leading the health and social department in Stavanger, being a manager at KPMG and working as an independent consultant.
Working as a consultant, Arvid has gained extensive experience in project management in and between local authorities, as well as in the private sector. His work includes organisational and leadership analysis, restructuring, merging services, change management, analysis of the cooperation between local authorities and recruitment and selection. Arvid has a thorough understanding and knowledge of the interaction between administration and politics in the public sector.
