Business Unit Manager

After 12 years as an Officer in the Royal Dutch Army, followed by a management position in retail, Rik Zuidmeer changed his focus to consultancy. He started at Mercuri Urval in 2001 and progressed to business unit manager. He is responsible for internal product management. He studied towards a Masters in Management Consultancy at the Open University, specialising in Organisational Design and Organisational Change. Rik Zuidmeer is active in a broad range of organisations in construction, industry, business services and public organisations.
