Noortje Vrind

After studying Art and Architectural History at the University of Groningen, Noortje Vrind worked as an assistant curator at an international gallery in modern and contemporary art.
From 2004 onwards, her strategic recruitment activities have allowed her to gain an extensive knowledge of the job market, and she has built up a(n) (inter)national network in various sectors such as construction, civil engineering, industrial production, chemistry, energy and legal services.
Noortje has been working for Mercuri Urval since 2011, advising companies in the translation of strategy into results through the recruitment, selection and development of the right people. "If you want to see results as an organisation, you need to be able to predict the behaviour of people in their business environment. Ultimately, it is the people who create the success of the organisation."
