Willy van Middelaar studied Applied Teaching at the University of Twente. After that, she worked as an educational advisor and course coordinator for various organisations in the business services, in the semi-government, in ICT and at a consultancy firm for the government. She organised and developed courses and training there. She has been working as a recruiter for Mercuri Urval since 2008. She mainly focuses on the public sector and the job groups of finance and HR.
