Hans van der Kooij has worked at Mercuri Urval since 2004. Before this, he worked as an occupational and organisational psychologist, also in the recruitment and selection industry, as an HR manager in IT and as an assessment psychologist. His focus is on business coaching, selection and redevelopment processes. All organisations deal with problems on the interface of people and organisations. He specialises in taking a clear picture of someone's personality structure in these processes.
