Robert Jan Koning attended the National College for Tropical Agriculture, trained as an Officer in the Royal Dutch Army and as Aviator in the Royal Dutch Air Force. After that he attended a Business programme at the Rotterdam School of Management and took a training course in coaching. Robert Jan Koning has been working at Mercuri Urval since 1985. He specialises in production, sales and marketing, logistics, financial services, installation and construction. He coordinates international jobs that extend over the 25 countries in which Mercuri Urval operates. "Suitable skills are not limited to the national borders.
