Rob Kempers studied French Language and Literature in the Netherlands and in France and supplemented this with a degree in Business Organisation and Staff Management. After a career in the temping industry, he joined Mercuri Urval in 2001. In his advice work, he focuses on the Public Sector: local and central government, healthcare, education and independent governing bodies. He works in Executive recruitment & selection, coaching and guiding management teams. In addition, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Secondary Education.
