Nico van Hertrooij

Business Unit Manager

Nico van Hertrooij has been working as a consultant at Mercuri Urval since 1994. He has completed a wide range of courses, including Social Sciences (specialising in corporate training) at the University of Leiden, an In-company Business course at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a Masters in Management and Organisation (MMO) at the Tias/Nimbas in Tilburg. He has been part of the MT of Mercuri Urval Nederland since 2001 and is in charge of the Client Unit Eindhoven. As well as a thorough knowledge of Mercuri Urval's full product portfolio, he also has experience in practically all areas of business. Among his regular clients are large national and international companies. He especially focuses on the development and profiling of the board & executive services. He gets his drive from the client-partner role and his belief that investing in the right people costs money but makes the company a fortune.
