After a foundation course in Business Administration, Doutzen Groothof graduated in Occupational and Organisational Sociology. Her roles included those of unit manager and trainer in the temping industry, before starting at Mercuri Urval in 2008. She advises her clients in the business world and in the non-profit sector on recruitment & selection and development through performance coaching.
