After working in a management position at an outsourcing and secondment organisation for a number of years, he made the move to Mercuri Urval in 2001. Since then, he has focused on (international) recruitment & selection, coaching and development. His sector focus includes matters such as IT and Telecom, the packaging industry and business services.
