Simone Bigatti

Senior Consultant

Simone Bigatti graduated in Political Sciences at Università degli Studi of Milan and has developed a long experience in the recruiting and executive search industry.

His professional experience has been entirely focused on recruiting professionals, managers and executives in the Financial Services arena for National and International Financial Institutions.

Starting in Ajilon as a trainee in the Finance and Banking Team, he ended his experience in the same division as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for recruiting processes across the entire Italian region.

In 2005 he joined Rochester and focused his experience in search and advisory services across a number of industries - predominantly Investment Banking, Private Equity, Private & Wealth Management, Asset Management - and the different functions within the organizations.

In 2008 he joined NeuSearch Signium International to open and develop from scratch the Financial Services Practice working on both a regional and global basis.

In Mercuri Urval since July 2010, he is currently in charge with the Financial Services Practice for Mercuri Urval Italy.
