Silvia Del Monte

Silvia Del Monte has been working in Mercuri Urval in Milano since the beginning of 2000 after spending sixteen years in IBM Italia, where she had worked, since 1992, as a manager in several sales and customer care roles.
In Mercuri Urval she could capitalize on the important experience developed as a manager in a multinational company, developing projects of recruiting, assessment and, especially, coaching and executive coaching.
The industries in which she performs most of her activity are Consumer Care, Fine Chemicals and Energy & Oil. With the coaching programs, instead, she works crosswise with the different industries.
She is Product Champion for the Individual Coaching product.
