Gionata Galloni graduated in Philosophy with major in Dynamic Psychology at the University of Milan.
He has developed on the whole a 15 years' experience in the HR: as a specialist of human resources development within a multinational oil company and as a freelance consultant, before joining Mercuri Urval at the beginning of 2000. Recruitment and selection, team building and counselling are his main competences.
He is Product Champion for the Team Coaching product.
