Daniela Gelmi has been working in Mercuri Urval in Milano since 1996 as Senior Business Consultant.
Graduated in Psychology with major in Work and Organizations, before joining Mercuri Urval, she worked as HR Specialist in some important companies.
In Mercuri Urval she has acquired, developed and managed several key customers, especially in the Fast Moving Consumers' Goods and Luxury Goods. She has developed competence in the various HR development programs, such as recruitment and selection, assessment, competence analysis, company climate survey, salary survey, coaching.
