Vivek is a senior Consultant with over 10 years of Manufacturing and IT Business Development, sales experience in Japan, South Africa, USA and India. He is an experienced senior manager with a global outlook and has lived, worked and led projects on three continents.

Prior to joining Mercuri Urval he was Pre-Sales Leader with L&T Infotech and focused on strategy consulting assignments with manufacturing firms in Defense, Automotive, and Capital Goods sectors. Before this, he has worked with ITC Group and Syntel where he was responsible for building manufacturing verticals and acquiring new business.

Vivek is Formula 1 enthusiast and has visited 3 circuits so far. In the long run he intends to start his custom motorcycle garage and build Indianized 1000cc bikes.

Vivek has master's degree in Operations and Business Strategy from IIM Calcutta and a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from NIT Trichy (formerly REC Trichy) in India.
