Sunita Raut

Management Consultant, New Delhi

Sunita has worked internationally for the past 14 years to develop people in the organizational context. She has vast experience with a varied set of tools that include training, facilitation, profiling, personal growth laboratories, and coaching. She strongly believes in the vast potential that people have as well as their importance in everything that we wish to achieve in organizations and communities.

An English Literature graduate from the Delhi University, she went on to study Management from Xavier Institute of Management. She started her working life in front line sales of office equipment in India and learnt the operational challenges of making management theories work. In a couple of years she moved into the area of Learning and Development and Change Management.  She has worked with the Corporate as well as the Development sectors in helping people grapple with issues of transition, cross cultural understanding, strategic planning and team management among others. She works with equal ease at the CEO and the GET level often providing the much needed perspective.

She joined Mercuri Urval, India in 2011 for their New Delhi office.
 
Sunita has two interests that occupy most of her leisure time—her son and her home. Occasionally you can also find her wandering off to discover new places and new people.
