Sukanya is a Business Consultant with over 18 years of experience in Financial Services, B2B Market Consulting and Business Management. A Chartered Accountant, she brings to Mercuri Urval her knowledge of Indian industry across Manufacturing, Process, Services and Government sectors.  Her geographical exposure extends across India and Asian markets. Having partnered with Indian, MNC and International clients, she has a good appreciation of their business environment and practices. This helps her to cross-pollinate learnings to suit individual client needs.

Sukanya has been with Mercuri Urval since its inception in India. She is currently an International Business Consultant assisting Indian and global clients build the right people capabilities in India and in the region. Her work extends across Greenfield and running operations. She has undertaken several projects across Capability Review for Management Development initiatives, Hi Potential Programmes, Internal / External Selection, and assisted clients in identifying right external talent. Sukanya has also conducted workshops in Leadership and Change Management, and hosted seminars on Talent matters. She is also a trained Business Coach.

At a personal level, she is passionate about her Family, Music, Nature and the Sea, likes Travelling, follows cricket keenly and is an avid Sports enthusiast.
