Saurabh Sharma

Saurabh has 14 years of experience in Sales and Marketing specializing in the Service sector. In his last role, he was managing the P&L for a media house in a highly competitive space. Having worked with teams across various functions, Saurabh has developed a deep understanding of people and their motivators.

Saurabh has primarily worked in concept sales and has handled B2B domain. He has been instrumental in launching and strengthening products in both ‘new to market’ and ‘new to company’ scenarios and has a mature understanding of various business situations and their strategic implications especially in the area of sales, marketing and operational efficiency. His previous assignments within the service industry have given him insights into the workings of private and public domain which he has put to good use in presenting solutions to his clients in varied business situations.

A Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, Saurabh mid-way in his career, went on to pursue his management program with IIM Lucknow, specializing in Marketing and Strategy.

An adventure and fitness enthusiast, Saurabh likes river rafting, rock/wall climbing and trekking.

Saurabh joined Mercuri Urval in 2011 and is based out of the Delhi office.
