Managing Director

Karin Tak works in Beijing and Shanghai and is with Mercuri Urval since 1998. She has her degree in chemical engineering and has worked in the international chemical industry before joining Mercuri Urval in the Netherlands. In 2010 she joined the Chinese team. Karin works with Mercuri Urval’s industrial clients, as well as technical companies and in the investment sector, with a special focus on leadership development, management and team coaching and specialist/management recruitment & selection.
