Katrien Gielen started at Mercuri Urval as a Business Consultant in February 2011.
After completing a master degree in Work- and Organisational Psychology, she started her career at an international temp-to-perm agency, first as recruitment- and selection consultant and then as office manager/account manager. She developed knowledge and expertise in recruitment, selection and customer relationship management.

In her spare time Katrien likes horse riding, walking with her dogs, going to the theatre and visiting family and friends.
