Guissou Nabavi

Guissou Nabavi joined Mercuri Urval in March 2004.

She began her career at Mercuri Urval as a Sourcing & Recruitment Consultant. In this role, she maintained close relationships with the different media, universities, schools and associations in order to provide media advice appropriate to the recruitment and selection needs of our clients.

In 2006, she decided to become a Business Consultant. Guissou is now specialised in recruitment and selection, capability reviews and assessment centres. She is generalist but her favourite sectors are: the motor industry, transport, distribution, pharmaceuticals, industry and European institutions.

In 2010, she took up a new challenge and accepted to become Training Manager on top of her Business Consultant role. She is now responsible for the whole training programme of the company.

Apart from her diplomas in Psychology and in Communication, the interest that she has in human resources has allowed to hold very varied HR roles: Crewing Officer for an airline, Human Resources Manager in the travel sector, consultant in a head hunting agency and a temporary employment consultant.

Guissou is of a multicultural origin. She is married and has a son born in 2009. Naturally curious, she likes travelling, meeting people and spending time with her family. She is social and likes going out with friends and team sports.
