Annick Moortgat

Working for a decade as a Business Consultant at Mercuri Urval, Annick Moortgat has gained experience in almost every imaginable sector in both regional and international companies. Beside various assignments in recruitment & selection, coaching, determining potential, organisational development and competence management, she also focuses on executive projects as Partner, Board and Executive Practice.

As a biology masters with two postgraduate degrees (economics and staff management) and an MBA she started her career in the food industry. She began with a scientific task but soon found her way in more internal projects and a HR responsibility.

In her spare time Annick enjoys travelling, preferably to cultures unknown to her. She also loves reading about them: travel literature, biographies, philosophy and so on. Socially, she enjoys seeing friends, preferably in a gastronomic environment, and being in the open air: tennis, walking and sailing.
