Ann Boffé

Our Partner, Board and Executive Practice Ann Boffé has worked for Mercuri Urval for over a decade.

Ann has a Master in Biological Science. She began her career in a Belgian sales company where she developed from sales engineer to sales management. She can make full use of this sales experience in MU. Her recruitment and selection assignments, coaching and organisational development are mainly situated within the automotive, pharmaceutical and biotechnological and industrial goods sectors.

“I enjoy variety and I am very eager to learn. What better place to find this than at Mercuri Urval? Constant contact with clients, candidates and colleges, each with their vision and behaviour. Coming here every day and helping them develop in a certain direction are my everyday challenges. After almost a decade at Mercuri Urval you could think it becomes routine but you always closely follow the development of your customers so boredom and routine are out of the question.”

In her spare time Ann enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, travelling, sports and being with friends.
