Nicola Morgan

Nicola Morgan has worked for Mercuri Urval since 1997 in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Australia. She relocated from London to Sydney in 2005 and her consulting career in Mercuri Urval has primarily been focused on helping clients define and implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance with a particular emphasis on Capability Review and Business Coaching. She holds Account Management responsibility for several Global Priority Accounts and has worked extensively across Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing and ICT sectors. She has been actively involved in the design and delivery of executive level Assessment and Development programmes, Leadership, Team and Talent Management workshops and Customer Perception Analysis. Throughout her career she has also taken account management responsibility for many Senior Recruitment and Selection programmes in both Europe and Asia Pacific.

Nicola is the Product Champion for Business Coaching in Australia and has considerable experience of Mercuri Urval’s business coaching methodology designed to help senior executives identify solutions necessary for dealing with their current business challenges and accelerate their career to the next level. The programmes are tailor made to focus on strategic objectives and offers valuable guidance to key individuals in building their capability and achieving their goals. Nicola’s recent coaching assignments have included:

·         Australian Managing Director of global retailer / distributor of consumer goods

·         Sales Vice President of global manufacturer

·         Production Vice President of global manufacturer

·         Sales Manager of CSE listed global healthcare business

·         Director of Australian Government Education Department

·         National Director of NYSE listed global property management business

Nicola’s career started in retail operational management with one of the Europe’s largest healthcare companies where she was responsible for the business development and profitability of retail stores in the UK and overseas. Nicola then became a member of the executive leadership team in a division of a FTSE250 global electronics manufacturer responsible for strategic resourcing, training and organisational strategies in the UK and US prior to joining Mercuri Urval. Nicola graduated with an honours degree in Pharmacy.
