Maya Von Heyden

Maya joined the Mercuri Urval Sydney office in February 2011, bringing among others great expertise within Workforce Planning and Project Management. Her focus and skills mainly lies within areas such as HR Strategy, HR Planning and Reporting. Maya has extensive international experience in project management regarding process enhancements, IT implementations, and cost reduction measures and has lead cross-functional projects for multinational companies in the automotive industry.

As a business analyst Maya is constantly searching for new opportunities to extend the business for Mercuri Urval in Australia and she is currently responsible for the coordination of a large project involved with the ITC industry.

Maya holds a MA degree in Sociology and Japanese Studies and has enriched her education with international exchange and research stays in Canada and Japan. Moreover, Maya’s international background and working experience in Germany and Japan makes her a valuable asset to the Mercuri Urval team, as she is able to provide recommendations and observations from an international perspective.
