Magda Kopydlowska

Magda Kopydlowska joined Mercuri Urval in March 2011 having worked in global medical recruitment through specialized agencies in Australia and the UK for over five years. Magda’s experience covers contingency and retained recruitment assignments, leading and coaching small sales team, involvement in sales oriented Learning and Development initiatives, and internal Organizational Development interventions aimed at business integration, socialization processes and strategic response to market changes.

Magda’s professional profile combines extensive recruitment experience with interest for leadership development and organizational change. In November 2010 Magda has completed Masters Degree in Organizational Coaching at Sydney University, which is one of the most progressive and evidence based coaching programs in this emerging field on an international scale. The strong practical component of the course consolidated her passion for coaching as a platform to deliver solutions aligned with business goals and individuals.

As a part of ongoing professional development within the coaching sphere Magda has recently participated in Subject Object Interviewing (SOI) workshop, and will be further exploring the application of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in organizational coaching. In April 2011 she is due to complete Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
