Pascale Schütz

Working from the Louvain-La-Neuve office, Pascale Schütz is a university graduate in Commercial & Financial Sciences. Drawn by the business world and wishing to have an impact there, she very quickly plunged into the private sector, spending several years in the sales and marketing department of a large international cosmetics and pharmaceutical group. She then decided to explore other sectors which stimulated her curiosity through the profession of Business Consultant, which she has exercised at Mercuri Urval since 1996. Pascale acts now as Partner, Board and Executive Practice since 2007.

In the services, industry and distribution sectors Pascale has led many search missions, HR consulting in organisations and has contributed to strategies’ implementation. Today, she devotes herself to business development and Board & Executive HR consulting projects, nationally and coordinating at international level.

Pascale is married to an associated jurist who also enjoys clients’ contacts. She has two children and spends most of her free time with family, friends and doing sports. She loves to do adventurous activities with her children and trips to distant regions with the full family. Pascale particularly appreciates beautiful artworks (textile, sculpture, painting, decoration, …).
