Kenneth Mølgaard-Pedersen joined Mercuri Urval in 2000.

He is responsible for Mercuri Urval’s global account management capability. He works extensively with dedicated account teams across the global client base, developing best practice and implementing the client management processes that define Mercuri Urval. Kenneth is also a member of Mercuri Urval’s International Business Steering Group.

He has years of experience within HR development on executive and management level focusing strongly on HR’s business contribution. Kenneth’s expertise is within Talent Management and acquisition as well as executive coaching. He holds a finance degree and diplomas within Psychology, HR, and Key Account Management, as well as being certified business coach.

Kenneth has a wide background from HR, Finance, Sales and Education/Training in various segments before joining Mercuri Urval, and secures integrity,quality and value creation for clients.
